Vibrational Group Sound Bath Therapy

Come and feel the deep relaxation and stress relieving effects of a therapeutic Sound Bath.

Using  Shamanic drums, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs,  Chimes and other instruments rich harmonic frequencies you will be  bathed in sound while you switch off, feeling the stresses and strains  of the day melting away as peace and harmony come singing back to you.

Places are limited so let me know if you are coming to avoid any dissapointments.

Bring  with you a bottle of water, something to lie on (eg yoga mat, folded  duvet, lounger cushion) a pillow and a cosy blanket to make you feel  fully comfortable during your experience. You can either sit or lay down on your mattress during the session so comfortable clothes are recommended.

Please  be aware that sound baths are not suitable for those with epilepsy,  metal implants and in the first three months of pregnancy.
